Return Policy
Returns of damaged deliveries or defective products
If your order has delivery damage or manufacturing defects, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt to request assistance. Please reach out through the website's live chat by clicking on the green widget at the bottom right corner of any page on the website or via email, through simplynursery@chatwaymail.com. Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) previously provided by our customer service department will not be accepted.
In case of damage or defects when verified that safety is not compromised, by our team’s analysis, Simply Nursery reserves the right to send replacement parts instead of accepting a return, refund or exchange.
Returns in case of reconsideration or dissatisfaction
In such cases, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange of your item(s). Please reach out through the website's live chat by clicking on the green widget at the bottom right corner of any page on the website or via email at simplynursery@chatwaymail.com.
Returns in case of reconsideration or dissatisfaction will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be intact, in new condition and in original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. This means that you will be unable to return an item that has been removed from the box and/ or assembled.
- Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) previously provided by our customer service department will not be accepted.
*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to Simply Nursery’s provided delivery location.
If the return is approved, our team will send the Return Labels so you can ship the boxes back to us. When received, they will go through our professionals’ inspection. If the conditions previously mentioned are met, a refund will be issued for the purchase price (less shipping cost for orders under $150), and if they aren’t, Simply Nursery reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund the purchase.
Simply Nursery is not responsible for damaged or lost-in-transit returned shipments. Choosing shipping with tracking and insurance is recommended.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of the date of receipt and inform us of the new product(s) chosen. Please reach out through the website's live chat by clicking on the green widget at the bottom right corner of any page on the website or via email at simplynursery@chatwaymail.com.
Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be intact, in new condition and in original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. This means that you will be unable to return an item that has been removed from the box and/ or assembled.
- The new product(s) chosen must be of equal or higher cost to the original order (besides shipping costs).
- Orders received without an RA (Return Authorization) previously provided by our customer service department will not be accepted.
*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs: sending the original order back to our warehouse and the new order to the delivery address.
If the return is approved, our team will send the Return Labels so you can ship the boxes back to us. When received, they will go through our professionals’ inspection. If the conditions previously mentioned are met, the new order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and if they aren’t, Simply Nursery reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund the purchase.
Simply Nursery is not responsible for damaged or lost-in-transit returned shipments. Choosing shipping with tracking and insurance is recommended.
