Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders over $150. On orders under $150, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and calculated based on the destination’s zip code.

 

Delivery time

Your order will leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days after the purchase is completed.

Estimated delivery time is calculated based on your zip code – shown on the product’s page. Expected delivery time is 2-7 business days.

The shipment’s tracking number is sent via email as soon as it’s made available by the carrier.

 

Unordinary Destinations

International Shipping is not available (including Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico)

On order over $800 shipped to Hawaii, a flat shipping rate of $500 is charged. It’s not possible to place orders under $800 to Hawaii.

We don’t ship to U.S. Military addresses (APO/ FPO).

 

Relevant Information

Most orders with heavy items are shipped with a wooden pallet by our partner carriers. Please ensure the delivery location can accommodate this format.

Deliveries may be front-door or curbside. We don't perform inside deliveries.

Your delivery may be performed without prior authorization or signature.

Changes in the delivery address after order confirmation cannot be done or expedited.

In condos and apartment buildings, the item(s) will be delivered at the front desk area when there is one. If there isn't, it will be delivered right outside the front entrance.
