Warranty and Replacements


Simply Nursery warrants furniture to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

All Simply Nursery furniture has 1 year of warranty for the original buyer from the date of purchase. It applies to residential use only. The warranty is non-transferrable from the original owner. In case of damage from manufacturing, material defect or missing parts, Simply Nursery’s staff will analyze the case and find the best solution, be it sending replacement parts or refunding your purchase – partially or totally – always praising for your family’s safety.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by the product not being used in accordance with the furniture's assembly instructions, recommended use and maintenance.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, storage, misuse or product modified by the owner or unauthorized third party repair person in any way not intended by manufacturer.
  • Damage caused during transportation and defect from regular wear and tear, or commercial use.
  • Products bought as used or second-hand furniture.

 

Damaged Delivery

If upon receiving your order, you find that it was damaged in transit, please reach out through the website's live chat by clicking on the green widget at the bottom right corner of any page on the website or via email, through simplynursery@chatwaymail.com.

No returns for damaged or defective merchandise can be accepted after 7 (seven) days from the product’s date of receipt.

Simply Nursery’s staff will request images and analyze the case to find the best solution, be it sending replacement parts or refunding your purchase – partially or totally – always praising for your family’s safety.

In case of damage when verified that safety is not compromised by our team’s analysis, Simply Nursery reserves the right to send replacement parts instead of accepting a return, refund or exchange.

 

Technical Defects

If you find manufacturing defects on your Simply Nursery furniture within 30 days from the date of receipt, please reach out through the website's live chat by clicking on the green widget at the bottom right corner of any page on the website or via email, through simplynursery@chatwaymail.com.

Simply Nursery’s staff will request images and analyze the case to find the best solution, be it sending replacement parts or refunding your purchase – partially or totally – always praising for your family’s safety.

In case of defects when safety is not compromised, per our team’s analysis, Simply Nursery reserves the right to send replacement parts instead of accepting a return, refund or exchange.
