It arrived without all the wood pieces, which we didn’t realize at first, so we were stuck with a partial assembly for a few months until customer service got the needed parts in stock; so, definitely take inventory before starting, and plan for assembly to take ~3 hours for two people. Customer service has been outstanding. And the bed is high quality, just beautiful. The market shelves are not included, they’re extra, but they’re a nice touch to add. It’s time for our younger’s “big boy kid bed,” and we plan to purchase the same bed for him; we can’t find anything we like nearly as much. Outstanding company and products; we also have the retro dresser and side tables.

First and foremost, my husband and I are loving this new dresser! My husband just assembled it and it's well designed, sturdy and the wood is a beautiful honey color. Took him a while to assemble it, but he said its worth it as this piece will last a very long time. Its also very spacious which is great.

I also have to add a plug for the customer service because they went above and beyond for me multiple times. Thank you so much!

Initially, the dresser was out of stock and (being very pregnant) I emailed several times to get updates on the new inventory. Every time the team was prompt and helpful with the latest updates, and, upon restocking, I was proactively notified right away so I could order.

After getting the dresser, my husband ran into a small hiccup where one of the pieces accidentally broke. The Simply Nursery team mailed us a new part right away with tracking etc. so we could finish the build asap. The whole experience of working with this company has been so wonderful we will definitely be buying from here again. 10/10 recommend

It's real wood, solid, and sturdy! My 4 year old and 2 year old boys absolutely love it! Assembly took me and my husband 4 hours but we also had toddlers trying to help. It was a breeze though, all the parts and hardware were there, there was no damage, and everything fit perfectly together and sturdy.

We bought the changing tray as well as the crib and dresser. Crib and Dresser are INCREDIBLE. The changing tray did arrive slightly damaged, and once they learned, they immediately sent us a new one!! Amazing customer service and amazing products!! Definitely recommend!!!!!

These shelves were the perfect touch to our nursery. They are simple, sleek and added so much to the wall where we can display her books, and stuffed animals. Super easy to assemble and hang too!

This dresser is beautiful and can be used for more than just a nursery. The wood is high quality and you can tell it will last a long time. It is sturdy, spacious and looks incredible in any room.

We just finished assembling the crib and dresser/changing table. They were pretty easy to assemble, my husband was able to do it mostly by myself with some help from my 25 week pregnant self. The dresser was missing the assembly instructions but I was able to easily find the pdf online on the product page. Haven’t used the furniture with the baby yet (still pregnant) but you can’t tell the prices are high quality, solid wood for most parts, and all I smell is the soft wood scent and no chemicals which I am very pleased and grateful for. The dresser has so much solid wood that’s beautiful and timeless, I think our kid will be able to use it for many year to come. So far very happy with the purchase.

I loved the quality of this crib and the mini crib is a perfect size for our small room! At first we were concerned about the railing openings but so far our daughter hasn't gotten any body parts stuck - she is a wiggly worm.

Looks great and well built with all solid pine wood, which was important to us. The kids love it. Took a few hours to put together but wasn't hard.

If you are patient and willing to take the time to assemble your nursery furniture, then I highly recommend Simply Nursery (and the Cali collection). To be clear, it was a lot of work to assemble the Cali 6 drawer dresser, HOWEVER, when assembled correctly, the dresser turns out beautifully. It is real, high quality wood, and the dresser has the soft close system which is a nice added feature. After assembling our dresser, the drawers were not sliding out properly, so I reached out to customer service. Customer service was excellent!!! After messaging back and forth, we ended up setting up a video call. We realized it was a simple fix...we had switched two of the identical parts around. Not only did they help us resolve the issue, but they also offered to send us the replacement parts since the original parts that we had switched were scratched. We were very pleased with customer service...thank you Natty. :)

This set was easy to put together, and made out of quality material. It came together quick, and we look forward to using the conversion for the toddler bed.

We love this crib. It was super easy and actually fun to assemble. It's sturdy and feels like it's going to last for many years. Definitely getting the convertible parts to turn it into a bed when my boy is ready. He's also been sleeping better at 4 months old in this crib. It also looks beautiful and classy. Anyways, highly recommend it.
